Riegler und Partner Investment Group develops and manages real estate in the high-end segment. The Downtown project comprises 58 apartments, including 6 penthouses with spacious roof terraces. The first floor of the buildings houses office and restaurant space of approx. 600m². Each apartment has a balcony, loggia or roof terrace and the residential complex is divided into 6 buildings, which are connected by a 2-storey underground garage. Due to the limited space available, sheet pile walls were used to secure the excavation pit. The apartments were built in a concrete slab-skeleton construction. Each building has a panoramic elevator with up to 7 floors. Due to the statically complex architecture, good logistical planning was required, especially for the execution of the reinforced concrete technology. In the course of construction, a country road was planned and built around a turning lane, including extensive noise protection systems. A transformer station was built for the power supply. As a winter construction measure, concreting was carried out all year round during the construction of the underground garages with tents and heating, even at sub-zero temperatures.
