New construction of 70 apartments in Graz St. Peter. Local construction supervision, project management, BauKG and accompanying control on behalf of Riegler und Partner Investment Group.







Riegler und Partner Investment Group develops and manages real estate in the high-end segment. The Amalfi 239 project in Graz St. Peter is a hillside development with 70 apartments, including 3 penthouses with a pool area and projecting terraces. Due to the design and location, each apartment has at least as much terrace space as living space. The excavation pit was secured with ground anchoring and piles including shotcrete. The building extends over up to 10 storeys on both sides of the slope, facing west and south. The individual apartments are accessed from the slope side. The surface drainage was connected to the surface water sewer of the city of Graz. A separate bus station was planned as part of the widening of St. Peter Hauptstraße. The multi-storey garage consists of 2 floors in skeleton construction as well as an outdoor parking area. The infrastructure supply must be managed over 10 storeys with lifting, pumping and pressure boosting systems. The roofing of the access routes with steel/panel constructions to the lift systems forms the central connection between the two structures.
