Riegler und Partner Investment Group develops and manages real estate in the high-end segment. The ÖBA contract for the Kärntnerstrasse 533 project comprises 32 residential units and the City Stream project with 14 residential units. The residential complexes are accessed via an underground garage. The apartments are each equipped with a balcony or, in the penthouse, a roof terrace. The buildings were constructed in a concrete brick construction, partly in prefabricated parts. On the first floor there are office areas, some of which are covered by a stilt construction. The complex foundation work required the underpinning of an existing building to secure the building pit. This was carried out using the HDBV method. Due to the limited space available and the operation of a bank branch, the entire construction site logistics had to be carried out using a tower crane in the parking lot.
