You will plan, prepare specifications, award contracts, and oversee building and civil engineering projects through all phases—from feasibility studies through design and construction drawings to on-site construction supervision. Location: Vienna.

Your Responsibilities and Challenges

  • Planning, bidding, awarding contracts, and overseeing building and civil engineering projects throughout all project phases
  • Preparation of preliminary, submission, construction, and detailed plans
  • Administrative Procedures for Public Contracting Authorities
  • Preparation of feasibility studies and cost estimates
  • Coordination of various specialized planners and project stakeholders
  • Development of Construction Schedules and Logistics Plans
  • Comprehensive project management covering building construction, utility installation, outdoor facilities, and equipment
  • Construction Supervision on the Construction Site

These are the things you need for this position at TM3:

  • Completed technical education (HTL, FH, TU) in the field of building construction or civil engineering
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the planning and execution of building construction and civil engineering projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
  • Proficiency in a common design software program, such as AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
  • Knowledge of the relevant building codes, regulations, guidelines, and laws
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills
  • A high degree of flexibility and personal responsibility
